Published Nov. 16, 2012

Recently my work schedule caused a change in my lifestyle that included losing my "me" time for fitness and the discipline over the food I ate. I enjoyed it. A lot. But, when I pulled a favorite tee out of the drawer and struggled to pull it over my soft shoulders and padded middle, it hit me. This cannot go on any longer.

Are you a gym jerk?

Published April 12, 2012

Recently I was delving through the esoteric "Notes" feature of my Facebook page and reliving some of the more un-P.C. moments in my literary history when I found a rant I threw together on the subject of going to the gym.
