The Milwaukee Brewers begin play Tuesday night against Philadelphia with a 52-38 record, the best mark in the National League and the second best in all of baseball, yet there seems to be panic in the streets - if the streets are paved with Tweets and postgame show calls, that is. We read about it in Judy Blume's "Deenie" and saw it in "Sixteen Candles" and "Romy and Michele's High School Reunion," but is the Milwaukee Brace still used for scoliosis patients today? And why is it called the "Milwaukee Brace" anyway?
