One look at the menu at Two Bucks, which replaced Dogs Bollocks at 2321 N. Murray Ave., and I thought, "my lead is shot." While I expected to be able to report back to you that like the creators of "The Never Ending Story," the people behind "Two Bucks" would be guilty of misleading the public. C'mon, what could cost $2 in 2012? You'd be surprised and so was I ... pleasantly.

Once again, Milwaukeeans picked Hooligan's as their favorite spot to thrown down bar food. With a consistent and diverse menu that offers everything from wraps to burgers to a fish fry, it's a solid choice.

Club Charlies opened earlier this year to give Third Ward workers and residents another spot for casual dinner and drinks. Framed by a front wall of floor to ceiling windows, this is a great summer time hang out with cool breezes and plenty of light.
