The way we see the world is all a matter of perspective, of point of view. Take, for example, the Milwaukee Theatre. Whenever I go inside, I rue the loss of the Auditorium's arcaded interior. On a recent tour of the both the Milwaukee Theatre and the adjacent Arena -- which I may always call the Auditorium and MECCA Arena (sorry, I can't stop myself) -- I was surprised to see how much of the auditorium remains in place.

While the Beatles might have initially seemed like a band of brothers, Beatles tribute Yesterday and Today is, in fact, a family affair. Inspired by their dad's passion for the Fab Four, Billy, Ryan and Matthew McGuigan formed Yesterday and Today, which performs three nights, Feb. 7-9, at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts' Vogel Hall.

Paul McCartney made his Milwaukee debut 49 years ago at the Arena as a member of the Beatles. When he performed in Brew City for the fifth time Tuesday night at Miller Park, the show was an explosion of Fab Four nostalgia.
