It's been a hard season for Wisconsin and its rabid fan base. They've gotten some bad breaks and even laid an egg or two. Win the Rose Bowl, and put that on top of the most dominant college football performance I've ever seen in the Big Ten title game and the season goes down as a resounding success.

Last year, Wisconsin Badgers running back Montee Ball was one of the best offensive players in all of college football. He set Big Ten rushing records, and was a finalist for the Heisman Trophy. He came back for his senior year to compete for a national title and improve his draft stock. So far, not so good.
