A Brazilian steakhouse called Oscar Brazil is set to move into the former Stout Bros. site on Water Street downtown. Meanwhile, Mike Eitel will open Balzac near Brady and Casablanca will open nearby. Downtown gets brats and two more places arrive in Bay View.
