Nearly a month removed from being eliminated in the first round of the NBA playoffs and about a month away from the NBA draft, the Milwaukee Bucks are still looking for a head coach. That's OK. General manager John Hammond said he had no timeline, and it is the right approach.

At the beginning of the year the stated goal of the Milwaukee Bucks - from the top of the organization on down - was to make the NBA playoffs for the first time since 2009-10. They did that. But, by capturing the Eastern Conference's eighth seed after struggling over the final six weeks of the regular season, the accomplishment was bittersweet.
