In the '90s, cigar smoking was a blazing trend, and cigar bars popped up in every major city. It's now more than a decade later since the fad exploded, but it appears that cigar bars are still smokin' in Brew City.
I own a Cigar lounge in Wisconsin with a smoking exception for cigars only. I was told by the DOJ office that my business can be sold or moved to a new location within the State of Wisconsin. With the 2010 smoking ban, it is my understanding that no new cigar bar or merchant opening after June 20...
