Envy offers ladies their own selection of skate-driven fashion
Mark Zitzer, owner of Phase II Clothing and Skateboard, is opening Envy, across the street at 2203 N. Farwell Ave. The shop is a young women's boutique featuring footwear and fashions for the lady skater, or for those who simply appreciate the style.
