Palermo's Pizza gets "Unwrapped" Sept. 14
Milwaukee's Palermo's Pizza makes its national television debut on the Food Network's "Unwrapped" show. The episode, titled "The Big Chill," airs at 8 p.m. on Sept. 14 and gives audiences a peek inside Palermo Villa, the company's facility in the Menomonee Valley.

Back in February, Milwaukee ex-pat Kris Ausan, who works as a researcher for the Food Network's "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives," hosted by Guy Fieri, contacted me to ask for some suggestions. Last week, Fieri came to film at two area restaurants.
