If someone said that I could only watch one television show the rest of my life, it would be "Friday Night Lights," hands down. Football. Great writing. High-level drama. Great acting. Kyle Chandler and Connie Britton. The NBC show, in its final season, is one of the best on TV and is only getting better this season with real story lines, deep characters and gripping plots.

If your friends have warned you not to call them between 8 and 9 p.m. tonight, it's a safe bet that they are caught up watching "Lost." When you miss out on a hit series like that -- or others -- it's easy to feel a bit left out. DVDs, DVRs and the Internet make it easier to "catch up" between seasons, but with so much media to consume it can be hard to find time.
