Every day of Young Professional Week features a different theme, as well as an event in the morning, lunchtime and evening where "YP's" can enjoy networking opportunities and expand their horizons with discussions and lectures having to do with the day's theme. All events are held at different venues across the city.

Gallery Night and Day is a cultural gem that Milwaukee is lucky to have and other cities are right to envy. But for some - especially those who are in the beginning stages of their art connoisseurship - the scope of the event can be a little daunting. That's where the ART Bus comes in. For the past two years, Jeremy Fojut and his team at ART Milwaukee have been chauffeuring Gallery Night participants all around the city to and from the hottest galleries - but the ART Bus is so much more than just a convenient way to hitch a ride.

Gallery Night began 21 years ago as a small art event but has spent the last two decades growing into a citywide affair that takes on many shapes, forms and media. As always, Gallery Night and Day happen quarterly, and this winter's edition takes place Friday, Jan. 16. With nearly 50 venues participating across Milwaukee, it's difficult to know where to begin.

For years, Gallery Night and Day artists have wowed Milwaukee's art-enthused masses with drawings, jewelry and photographs. They've painted for the public; they've sculpted. But never have they carved cheese.
