We ended up having an in-depth discussion of what makes a great crab cake, the sourcing of crab meat and much more, including a discussion of trends in seafood. Over the past couple of years, Rocket Baby Bakery in Wauwatosa has gotten to be quite a rock star bakery. And now, thanks to the recent hire of Sarah Mironczuk as pastry chef, it has got staff to go along with it.
