Crazy ideas circle in wake of shootings

The word "crazy" gets tossed around pretty much after something like the horrible shootings in Connecticut happens. You hear it all the time. "The guy must have been crazy" or "It must have been a crazy man who did it." I'm not entirely sure what "crazy" means, but I can guarantee you that the guy who committed this act is not the only crazy guy attached to this incident. As a matter of fact, we've got some politicians who are suggesting things that might be crazy, right here in Wisconsin.

Finding the right Republican to vote for isn't too difficult

In just a month or so I am going to vote for a Republican for the first time in my life. I may have voted for Lee Dreyfus once, but that was so long ago, it doesn't really count. This time I'm going to vote on Aug. 14 in the Republican primary for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Herb Kohl. The reason is simple.

It always makes me smile that the Commissioner of Baseball is not only from Milwaukee but has his office here. It's very cool. It's always great that he still hangs out at his favorite Milwaukee spots.
