The "Giant Slugger" is a two-foot hot dog that weighs two pounds, nine ounces. It's made of Klement's meat, an amazingly dense pretzel bun from Miller Bakery, plus chili, cheese, caramelized onions and optional jalapeƱos. Today, our team at OnMilwaukee.com just about finished two.

According to a window sign, the former Blue Tomato Cafe space, 2215 E. North Ave., will become a Wow Dog hot dog shop in the near future.
