Although there are no indications that young adults drink more today than they did a quarter-century ago, the debate about the drinking age continues to intensify. Public health groups like Mothers Against Drunk Driving want to continue the present program of education and enforcement, while a growing number of experts think it's time to roll the age back to 18.
