Mobil Travel Guide, developer of the Mobil star rating program for lodgings, spas and restaurants, today announced the 2006 recipients of its Mobil Four and Five-Star Awards in the lodging and restaurant categories. No Milwaukee hotels or restaurants appear on the list.
