Everybody knows that you shouldn't make a steady diet of french fries. No matter how you cut them, they aren't all that good for you. But, every now and then, a good order of fries is just the thing you need, as side with a great burger or grilled cheese, or a snack all by themselves. The search for great fries seems never-ending and there are a lot of candidates in the Milwaukee area.

Yes, it's true, that somewhat iconic I-43 North Kopp's billboard that proudly displays the "Flavor of the Day" is in its final days.

Karl Kopp's empire of butter burgers and frozen custard doesn't stop in Milwaukee. The entrepreneur also operates a restaurants in downtown Scottsdale, Ariz. called AZ 88. We trekked out to the desert to check it out.

I can't believe a Turtle Sundae at Kopp's is over $6.00... i'm not cheap, but that seem expensive to me. I remember as a kid (over 30 years ago) the same exact item was $2.00 same size cup, same 3 scoops of "custard", same caramel, fudge, pecans.. and that cherry on top... It...
