In 2012, a Facebook reunion group that brought together a slew of local musicians and scenesters begat a night of nostalgia and rock and roll at Turner Hall. That, in turn, left a CD document of the gig for posterity. It also led Xposed 4Heads to reunite and release a new 7" 45. We asked frontman Mark "GE" Eberhage to tell us the history of the band and the wheres and why-fors of the reunion.

It's been nearly a year since the Lest We Forget concert last spring at Turner Hall featuring a full-to-the-brim bill of local veterans. The show was a manifestation of a Facebook page that began as a memorial for members of the local music scene that had left us too soon. Ron Faiola's recording of the evening has been edited and spruced up for a new CD, "Lest We Forget - Our Night to Remember."

Whether you were a part of the MIlwaukee music scene or not during the late '70s and 1980s, this weekend's "Lest We Forget" mega-gig at Turner Hall Ballroom is a must-see. With performances by a baker's dozen Milwaukee veterans, the show will either be a walk down memory lane or a lesson in Brew City beat 101.

If you thought the Lest We Forget Deceased Milwaukee Scene Facebook page was a passing fad, the fact that page creator Mike L. Podolak (yes, he of Sacred Order fame) has parlayed the uber-active group into a live musical extravaganza suggests that it's still going strong.
