It's not unusual to see a Locker's Florist delivery car cruising around your neighborhood, especially as Valentine's Day approaches. This year, however, new owner Chris Leffler plans to sell flowers to customers via a drive-through operation at State Fair Park. "At first, I just wanted to get a trailer or something to advertise. Then it evolved to a drive-thru," Leffler said.
