Brian Blochowiak has been a professional bartender for 18 years and used to have five Milwaukee bar jobs at one time. Today, he is a bartender and manager at The Mad Planet, where he has worked for 12 years, and a bartender at Hosed on Brady.

Milwaukee has been called a segregated city, and although this might be a true statement, the city still has its share of drinking and dining establishments that welcome people from a variety of races, ages and fashions.

It's been two years since we caught up with Milwaukee's own rawk rawyalty, namely Chief - a band I like to compare to Thin Lizzy but which frontman Chris Tishler has likened to Van Halen, UFO and Judas Priest. The media silence is mostly because the trio - comprising hard working Brew City music scene stalwarts Dave Benton on bass, Matt Liban on drums and singer and guitarist Tishler - has been on hiatus, keeping itself silent, too.
