The two-time defending MISL champion Milwaukee Wave are off are currently on a franchise-record 12-game winning streak and much of the credit can go to stout defense and a unique goalkeeping situation.

The Milwaukee Wave kicks off the season on the road in Wichita on Friday before their season opener on Sunday, Nov. 11 at 3 p.m. at the US Cellular Arena against the Missouri Comets. The Wave will drop the 2012 Championship banner prior to their home opener game.

The six-time MISL champion Milwaukee Wave will hold open tryouts on Oct. 27-28 at its official training center, Uihlein Soccer Complex. The tryout is phase one of the process to make either the Wave or the reserve team.
