After a humanitarian mission to Kenya, Mark Rolison was inspired to found GloBall Giving, a non-profit agency that collects and distributes sports equipment to underprivileged youth in Third World countries.

Like you, I live in Wisconsin and I love cheese. And I'm something of a foodie, so I'm always eager to look behind the scenes at cheese factories, wineries and other places where culinary magic happens. So, I was happy that Kris and Mark Heise - and owner Mark Rolison - let me be cheesemaker for a day at Beechwood Cheese in Beechwood, about 10 minutes northeast of Kewaskum.
