Jesse Ritka, the weekend morning meteorologist on WTMJ-4, is actually a morning person. That's good, because the 27-year-old Minnesota native lets her personality shine through in her morning forecasts. A self-proclaimed math nerd, Ritka loves teaching meteorology, too, showing girls that science is cool. We chatted about growing up a Packers fan in Vikings Country, and why predicting snow is the best part of her job.

Rob Haswell didn't dream of being a meteorologist when he grew up. Rather, the Canadian native wanted to be a comedian, studying with Second City north of the border until he saw what life was like for a friend trying to make it in showbiz. So Haswell opted for "Plan B," a job in radio that eventually gave way to a career in TV meteorology that ultimately landed him in Milwaukee. We caught up with him in this latest Milwaukee Talks.

They finally figured me out. After more than 10 years of stealing money from TMJ4, the bosses finally realized I was hurting more than helping. Frankly, I wonder what took them so long.
