And it's even better if I can talk to an expert who can give me tips about what to spend my money on. So, you can imagine my thoughts about a wine event that allows sampling of 35 of Italy's most exquisite wines, covering regions from Piedmont to Puglia.

The Milwaukee Public Market, in response to a proposal by Milwaukee County Supervisor Martin Weddle, announced Friday it would provide up to $5,000 as a matching grant should the Milwaukee County Board approve the proposal to provide equipment and youth chess classes this summer at five parks: Washington, Lincoln, McGovern, Mitchell and Sherman.

Today, the Milwaukee Public Market announced the addition of a new vendor arriving next month: FORM Fine Goods & Floral. The new shop - created by local artist, craft-maker and floral designer Elizabeth Miller - will move into the Locker's space next to Thief Wine, across from Kehr's Candies.

This morning, the Milwaukee Public Market announced that Anodyne Coffee will move into a space on the southwest corner of the market, across from Margarita Paradise and The Spice House, replacing Cedarburg Coffee Roastery.
