Saturday Scorecard: "Unit" sparks memory of Ryan
San Francisco lefty Randy "The Big Unit" Johnson became the 24th pitcher in baseball history to reach the 300 victory plateau this week in Washington. Johnson's outing evoked memories of Nolan Ryan's entry to club. That game, which took place July 31, 1990 at County Stadium, was a sellout and the Brewers marked the occasion by handing out souvenir certificates after the game.
