Local filmmaker on the cusp of hitting it big with "On The Verge"

After 10 years, two blizzards and a lot of work, Pete Balistrieri's locally produced film, "On The Verge," is finally hitting the big screen. Considering its warm reception from the Beloit International Film Festival, it seems to have been worth the wait.
