This weekend, the Wyndham Hotel hosts the Milwaukee Tattoo Arts Convention. The convention features artists, vendors and live bands, and the event attracts thousands of body ink enthusiasts from all over the Midwest. But what are your thoughts on tattoos? Are they stylish, skanky or passé?
