Fox & Hounds stimulating food at stimulus pricing
In an effort to attract diners during tough economic times, the "new" Fox & Hounds Restaurant and Tavern, located at 1298 Friess Lake Dr. in Hubertus, is offering a "buy one, get one" dinner special that runs Sunday through Thursday. Weekend pricing is reasonable, too, so if you're in the area and looking for an inexpensive, solid meal, Fox and Hounds may be exactly what you're looking for.

Chef profile: Rich Alvarado of 5 O'Clock Steakhouse
When the Coerper family sold the Five O'Clock Steakhouse, 2416 W. State St., a few years back -- after a half-century in the business -- Executive Chef Rich Alvarado stayed on in the kitchen. The result is that despite the change in name (Coerper's is no longer part of the moniker) and change in ownership, the steak remains the same.
