We don't really appreciate the history or the grandeur or the intense spiritual implications that surround picking this one particular man to become one of the most powerful religious leaders in modern society.

When you miss out on a hit series like that -- or others -- it's easy to feel a bit left out. DVDs, DVRs and the Internet make it easier to "catch up" between seasons, but with so much media to consume it can be hard to find time.
