According to a sign on the door, Rodizio Grill will open in Milwaukee at 777 N. Water St. - the former Sabor space - on Thursday, Dec. 6. The chain of Brazilian steakhouses features 11 other restaurants, but this is the first Wisconsin-based location.

Sabor and Beta by Sabor, 777 N. Water St., have closed their doors, according to Executive Chef Mitch Ciohon, who posted a notice on Facebook yesterday.

Sabor, the Brazilian steakhouse on Water Street, no longer requires its customers to arrive with a giant appetite. A new small plates concept, Beta by Sabor, was added two weeks ago, giving diners many more options in addition to the restaurant's traditional fixed-price menu.
