Jeanerations opened about a month ago in the Third Ward and offers affordable, second-hand, designer jeans. Prices range from $2.99 to $24.99. Owner Kourtney Stevens says, "The concept is 'jeanius.'"

While boutiques and entrepreneurs have made Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward the premier shopping destination near Downtown, non-profit Goodwill Industries is ready to also call the neighborhood home. Retique will open in May.

Just off Brady Street's beaten path of high-end fashion boutiques is a place with just as much class and style, minus the intimidating price tag. Annie's Second Hand Chic, 1668 N. Warren Ave., is a mixed bag of vintage goodies that are as much fun to dig through as they are to wear.
