After Fountain Blue closed its doors several years ago, local business enthusiast Lee Barczak and his wife Jane Schilz stepped in to return the circa 1911 building to its glory as a boutique hotel and café.

Cudahy isn't usually associated with cutting-edge businesses, but soon it will feature a completely unique hotel and restaurant called Sheridan's and Sheridan House. Owner Lee Barczak talks about the new project, as well as his plans for the Avalon Theater.
