On the town in Milwaukee: What's "going on" for "going out?"
As soon as the weather gets warmer, the concept of "going out" on the weekend tends to fade and the question changes to what's "going on." A slight change up of words illuminates the disappearance of drab winter doldrums and emergence of a season packed with more festivals, games, concerts and patio time than any one person can really possibly manage.
