Featured chef: Millioke's Patrick Taylor

Millioke is run by Chef Patrick Taylor, a Texas native who studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis, who has been working on the restaurant's menu for months, spending countless hours sampling the wares of farmers and small artisan food producers and brewers around the state. Just a couple weeks into Millioke's young life, we caught up with the chef to ask about his background, his vision for Millioke and a few of his favorite things.
