OnMilwaukee.com's guide to grilling out
Why do Milwaukeeans like grilling so much? Is it just an excuse to be outside for a few more minutes? Is it because we so often tie grilling into tailgating? Perhaps it's just a primal urge to cook over an open fire. Maybe we just like brats.

Milwaukee's most expensive meal
The 2008 Zagat Restaurant Guide just awarded London the title of most expensive city in the world to eat with a startling average rate of $79.80 per head for a three-course meal including service. Where is Milwaukee in the grand scheme of things?

Not much has changed at classic Five O'Clock steak house
Steaks and other items at the “new” Five O’Clock Club, 2416 W. State St., remain, quite frankly, if not the best in town, some of the very best, and service here has taken great strides to soften the steakhouse’s once gruff reputation.

Bravo Five O'Clock Steakhouse!
When I saw the teaser on the cover of the July issue of Saveur, which landed in my mailbox yesterday -- "Our 7 Favorite Steak Houses" -- I just had a feeling. And, yup, there on page 53, Milwaukee is represented.
