Rather than offering the Walker's Point restaurant for sale outright, owner Michael Diedrick set out on a quest to find the perfect owner to keep his sustainable dream alive. The three finalists, chosen from a pool of 23 applicants, will make a presentation to The National's staff Saturday, Nov. 5, and a winner will be chosen early next week.
