Sean Heiser is the go-to guy when regular bartenders at Uptowner, 1032 E. Center St., need a night off. This is probably why we found him standing behind the bar spinning jazz records and tapping glasses of Focktoberfest on Christmas night.

For the third year in a row, OnMilwaukee.com readers picked Nessun Dorma as Riverwest's best bar.
