Cable-cutters rejoice! HBO Now is available starting this month for free! If that doesn't make you squeal with joy, then sour your mood even more so with the news that David Lynch isn't coming back for "Twin Peaks" because of money. But, look on the bright side, there might be new episodes of "Arrested Development" coming up, and "Game of Thrones," "Veep" and "Silicon Valley" are all coming back this Sunday.

As a Milwaukee-based DJ himself, Mario Martin - known by his stage name The Ghosts of Laura Palmer - has no problem with Paris Hilton performing at Summerfest in a few months. He has no intention on signing any petitions. When it comes to his own music and persona, however, Martin comes at his Ghosts of Laura Palmer efforts from a very different mentality and approach than the gossip queen.

As soon as the lights went down on a Saturday morning rehearsal, the happy typical childish shenanigans from before morphed into a hallucinatory Lynchian nightmare - which meant everything was going great. After all, that's exactly what Highland Community School's new production "Judy Plays With Fire" is: a hallucinatory Lynchian nightmare ... that just happens to be written for and starring grade school students.

After months and months of threatening to do so, I finally watched the pilot episode of "Breaking Bad," and I gotta admit, I was sucked in from the opening scene. There are only a few other shows that hooked me this swiftly.

If your friends have warned you not to call them between 8 and 9 p.m. tonight, it's a safe bet that they are caught up watching "Lost." When you miss out on a hit series like that -- or others -- it's easy to feel a bit left out. DVDs, DVRs and the Internet make it easier to "catch up" between seasons, but with so much media to consume it can be hard to find time.
