It may be called Jazz in the Park, but as usual, the schedule for the beloved summer concert series - entering its 24th season - has much more than jazz to offer. The influences scattered across the upcoming 2015 lineup - announced just this afternoon - run the gambit from flamenco, reggae, Latin, blues, big band, vintage rock, soul, Celtic and, of course, jazz. Milwaukee has always had a good rock and roll scene. Sure, there have been ups and downs, but the three-chords-and-the-truth spirit has been fueling Brew City garage bands from the days of The Bonnevilles and The Nomads in the 1950s through today.
