Plans for an improved Pieces of Eight
Before general manager Daniel Hensley arrived in late '05, Pieces of Eight wasn't exactly riding the wave of success. Just over a year later he's got a new chef, a better service staff and plans to make the lakefront restaurant the premier dining spot in Milwaukee.
