New royalty rates likely to rock Internet radio
Now that the Librarian of Congress has OK'd the Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panel's (CARP) ruling on fees that Internet radio stations must pay in order to keep the music streaming, many stations are predicting, and fearing, the worst. Milwaukee's own WMSE may be affected, too.
