It's hard to imagine there was much clamoring for a sequel to "Dolphin Tale." The first film was a modest early fall success back in 2011, but even then, Winter the dolphin's story was already fairly thin dramatic material, serving as little more than a nice pleasant aside. Still, somebody thought it was a good idea to head back to the well, and surprisingly - judging from "Dolphin Tale 2" - that person wasn't wrong.

For some people, this weather isn't cold. Cold is running into a freezing body of water - maybe wearing a costume, maybe wearing just a swimsuit - submerging themselves in completely and then racing back out again with a brand new layer of icicles. Some might call that insanity. For the past 15 years, however, Special Olympics Wisconsin has called it the Polar Plunge.
