emperor of china is a fine restaurant and deserves the award. i have eaten there many times. we are fortunate to have the east side theatres, restaurants, galleries, uwm, great shopping ares/stores--even a whole foods! and i do not live on the east side. and the downer and oriental theatres show great movies in GREAT theatres!! no GREAT or even ok movie theatres in the subs. just bland, nothing auditoriums showing run of the mill bad movies way too often. give me the east side and downtown any day! thank-you
