Talkback: Voter Fraud Hoax

Um, don't let the facts like convictions for voter fraud get in the way.

The inconvenient truth that people like the author of this article will never understand is that conservatives (and some liberals) have never said that there's some widespread conspiracy to commit voter fraud. But the fact is that is does happen on an individual basis, people are tried and convicted of voter fraud every election cycle across the U.S. Are the numbers huge? No, they're not. But for every conviction I'm guess there's 3-4 who have charges dropped or plead out and another 5-10 who never get caught. Why should my vote that my ancestors fought and died for be negated by someone who knowingly tried to vote twice or when they're not supposed to vote in the first place???
