@mitchgat - I'm not a Chain-hater at all. I enjoy places like Capital Grille and Flemings, but I don't think Kincaid's should call themselves a "Steakhouse". Then again, Ponderosa calls themselves a Steakhouse so I guess it's nitpicking a bit on my part.
