Talkback: Kincaid's menu is both easy and adventurous

One of the worst dinning experiences ever. Went there last night with my wife, my dear friend, and 3 others. Everything from our table not being "bussed" when we went to it, to the plastic water bottles for water service, to the wine glasses smelling like fish and chemicals, and a lot more.
Service was terrible, ripping other restaurants apart, cue card reading, un-personal service and very unattentive.
Food was average at best, calamari seemed like it was from the bottom of the barrell; the crab cake tasted nothing like "KING' crab meat or any kind of crab for the matter, the steaks were definitely not Prime like our server told us, tasted old and had no flavor. The side dishes very bland. Everything.
I am sorry to rip a place apart but come on, this place is absolutely terrible. I hope it gets it act together because it is a restaurant in Milwaukee and we need the best.
