Talkback: Kincaid's menu is both easy and adventurous

I was excited to try Kincaid's, but very disappointed with our experience. We had difficulty with the service & when we asked to speak to the manager, it did not improve at all. The food was good, but not outstanding enough to make up for the poor service. And several of us had to send back our poorly made cocktails.
