How does Teddys untrue comments do that, for the betterment of the cause? When the NRA went to the right, I like millions of others pulled their membership. If the NRA was not politically bias, we would not even have to defend our rights. The NRA would then have the power to put this to rest. Now they are just in it for YOUR money. PEACE!

That is why when debated on it's own merits (under the premise we will always have the right to bear arms), trying to defend ownership of assault weapons, bazooka's, etc is so ridiculous. Also, just to save y'all some time, i'm a gun owner and hunter.
