There will soon be "Design Within Reach" in the Milwaukee area. The furniture store, which first opened in San Francisco, Calif., is planning a Third Ward location -- the chain's first in Wisconsin.

So, if you've been dying to deck your home in designer duds, you'll finally get the chance. "Design" is a store which is bridging the gap between the designer storerooms and the furniture buying public. Most of the furniture is of the modern genre, but all the pieces are functional.
